Biyografi

Dr. Nur Gedik Bal is an instructor at Social Sciences University of Ankara. She has received her BA, MA, and Ph.D. in English Language Teaching (ELT) at Middle East Technical University (METU). She delivered general English courses for preparatory school students, and Advanced Reading and Writing, Spoken English, and ELT Curriculum courses for the freshmen and juniors at METU. She has also worked as a curriculum coordinator at SFL for three years. Her scholarly interests include the intercultural competence of language learners and teachers, teachers’ professional development, integrating technology into foreign language classrooms, and written corrective feedback. She has published in Journal of Language and Education, Journal of Language and Linguistic Studies, Journal of Language Teaching and Learning, and ELT Research Journal. She also worked as a reviewer for the Journal of Education and Learning (EduLearn) and some other journals.
