Graduate Education Research group conducts projects related to graduate education planning and policy issues with a focus on identifying the problems faced in graduate education in Turkey and globally by students, faculty members and university administrators, as well as policy makers. Research projects that involve the examination of difficulties graduate students experience throughout their graduate education and the development and examination of different approaches to graduate education and support services provided to graduate students as well as early career researcher are carried out. Research related to graduate student supervision, advisor-advisee relationships, researcher mental health and well being, preparing graduate students for academic and research careers are among the topics examined by the research group.   Research group will also be developing, implementing and evaluating academic and psychological support service for graduate student to help them successfully complete their graduate degrees and to prepare them for an academic or a research career.
