FunDA (Fun + Development + Achievement) Research Lab is a collaborative research environment that integrates research, learning, and personal development within the fields of educational sciences and psychological counseling. The lab aims to conduct contemporary, multidimensional, and practice-oriented research focusing on individuals’ academic, psychological, and social well-being.

At FunDA, research is not viewed solely as a process of knowledge production, but also as a developmental space where members learn from one another, engage in critical thinking, and build their academic identities.
