Özet:This thesis discusses in detail McGinn’s mysterianism with respect to the mind-body problem. McGinn calls his hypothesis, which is formulated for the solution of this problem, ‘transcendental naturalism’. There are some objections to McGinn’s transcendental naturalism, and they will be analyzed in this thesis in detail. While McGinn’s hypothesis seems to be consistent and reasonable to some extent with respect to its replies to these criticisms; it has some problematic aspects as well. And this thesis will be written to show both the reasonable and the problematic sides of McGinn’s mysterianism.
