Özet:The OPERA experiment was designed to search for nu-mu to nu-tau oscillations through the observation of nu-tau charged-current interactions in the OPERA target. This search requires a massive detector and very high spatial accuracy. Both requirements are fulfilled in the OPERA detector by using nuclear emulsion and lead plate in a modular structure called ECC brick. The OPERA detector consists of 150,000 ECC bricks and electronic detectors. The data taking was started in 2007 and is going on smootly. About 4000 neutrino interactions have been located so far. In this thesis, a detailed Data/MC comparisons of located neutrino events have been done, and analysis of neutrino events located using an automatic microscope system at METU is presented.
