The specific features of structural changes of compositions of butyl rubber with superhighmolecular polyethylene produced by ultrasonic action were studied in the wide range of component ratios. The growth of interphase structures confirmed by IR- and NMR- spectroscopy, radiothermoluminescence, DTA and DSC methods was shown to improve the compatibility of these compositions. The presented data suggest that the formation of graft-copolymers on the base of PE and butyl rubber is highly affected by ultrasonic action.
