Özet

This paper discusses the systematic manufacturing process for rectangular wing model, focusing on design, fabrication, and experimental analysis of the model. The model geometry was designed using CATIA V5 and constructed via 3D printing. During the assembling procedure, both surface quality and structural integrity are taken into consideration. The assembled prototype was subsequently tested in METUWIND C3 Wind Tunnel and particle image velocimetry (PIV) and pressure measurements were employed. Ultimately, this study provides complete methodology for creating aerodynamic models using 3D printing and experimental validation.
