Özet

A parabolic band hysteresis current controller (PBHCC) for DFIG is proposed in this paper to control the switching frequency variations in rotor side converter (RSC). A generalized online technique is used to determine the set of unique parabolic boundary for any operation speed. The PIHICC then utilized to regulate the current in RSC. In contrast to PI controller, PBHCC shows a very good transient behaviour. Beside that, the steady state performance is improved by reducing the switching frequency considerably. On the other hand, in compare with space vector-based hysteresis current controller (SVBIICC) which exhibit ververy fast transient behaviour, PRIICC significantly reduces the frequency switching variations in RSI. Simulation study is carried out using M AB/SIMITINK to validate proposed controller.
