The Changing Face of Pre and In-service Training Programs at METU: A Story of Renovation

 

Professional Development Unit in Modern Languages Department (MLD) has shifted its focus from a traditional training program to a more collaborative and personalized one in line with MLD courses. In this session, the presenter aims to share MLD instructors’ reflections about training programs, the rationale behind the framework of the new training program and explain how the framework is constructed.
