Osteoarthritis is an orthopedic disease that is com-mon worldwide and negatively affects lives of patients. There are various treatment methods for this disease, but the treatments are in the direction of reducing the pain of the patients, there is no complete recovery. Bioinformatics studies, which have been done frequently in recent years, investigate the genetic factors affecting this disease and can offer a more effective treatment recommendation. This study performed microarray analysis on osteoarthritis patients. Differentially expressed genes were found, and biological processes and molecular functions of genes were investigated by gene ontology enrichment analysis. The downstream affected genes was examined by pathway analysis. Disease ontology semantic and enrichment analysis examined the association of statistically significant genes with this disease. As a result, statistically significant genes might play crucial roles in osteoarthritis disease, different diagnosis and treatment methods for this disease may be associated with these genetic factors.
