The integration of technological innovations into educational settings is a controversial issue for both teachers and students. The Ministry of National Education in Turkey aims to integrate technological tools into instructional system and to support teachers through the in-service training programs in FATIH project. Therefore, the teachers' perceptions of FATIH project and its components should be considered to determine how they interpret and recognize the content and applications of FATIH project. In this study prospective computer teachers' preferences regarding FATIH project and its components namely learning object repository, e-book, Tablet PC, interactive whiteboard and in-service training were investigated. Data was gathered from totally 227 students from different universities through a questionnaire as paper-based and online environment. The results of the study reveal that the prospective computer teachers who participated have positive perceptions regarding the use of the components of FATIH project in education. They perceive that these components are useful and important for teaching and learning. Moreover, most of the participants plan to use these tools in their future professions. However, prospective CEIT students have concerns especially about the subject matter teachers' preferences of using these tools.
