As part of the Naturscapes Horizon Europe project, a study was produced to develop a conceptual framework with indicators and a scoring system to assess the potential climate, biodiversity, and community sustainability benefits of Nature-based Solutions at the landscape scale. The assessment frameworks aim to support the analysis of integrated naturescape profiles across 30 Functional Urban Areas by mapping the distribution and characteristics of NBS in diverse environmental and socio-economic contexts, including regions facing climate vulnerability or inequality.
