The weak processes B --> KllBAR, B --> H* llBAR (l = e or mu), B --> KnunuBAR and B --> K* nunuBAR are studied in the framework of the supersymmetric theory (SUSY). It is shown that the branching ratio (BR) for B --> KllBAR decay is in the order of 10(-6) and it is approximately 10(-5) divided-by 10(-6) for B --> K* llBAR. It is found that there are mass regions where the contribution of the SUSY particles to the decay rate exceeds that of the SM. Using the existing experimental upper bound to BR restrictions on the masses of the SUSY particles m(g) and m3/2 are obtained.
