Students who show conduct problems are one of the most referred groups to the school counseling service. Students who display aggression, substance use, abuse, bullying, and self-harming tendencies are more likely to experience various problems such as peer relations, school achievement, delinquency, etc. They should be intervened early without experiencing negative consequences such as legal problems. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the professional experience of school counselors while working with conduct-problemed students. This study was designed according to the qualitative approach. Qualitative interviews were conducted with 15 school counselors who work at high school level in Usak. Research participants were selected with maximum variation sampling. As a result of the analysis of qualitative data, common conduct problems, causes of conduct problems, approaches, and techniques used, cooperation and needs have emerged.
