Abstract

Two novel RF MEMS structures are presented. The triple stub matching circuit is a well known structure but this is the first time to be implemented using the MEMS technology to have electrically controlled operation and in a manner suitable for integration with possible other semiconductor circuits. The controllable power divider is a promising candidate to be used in integrated phased array antennas. The two structures are designed and simulated.
