Massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems have become popular in both academic and industrial circles due to their ability to improve spectral and energy efficiency. One cost-effective way to implement these systems is by using low-resolution digital-to-analog converters (DAC) at each antenna of the massive MIMO array. However, using low-resolution DACs can introduce quantization distortion, which can be mitigated using various quantized precoding algorithms proposed in previous studies. This research suggests an iterative distortion-aware precoder that can be used with oversampling DACs in massive MIMO systems. The proposed precoder performs better than existing oversampling precoders with similar computational complexity in terms of error-rate and out-of-band (OOB) emission performances. Furthermore, the proposed detector performs similarly to the ideal unquantized zero-forcing precoder in many presented cases.
