Özet

The field of educational technology is rapidly evolving, and the implementation of personalized AI chatbots is ushering in a new era of education. These chatbots present enticing prospects for tailored learning encounters, heightened involvement, and enhanced administrative effectiveness. This chapter will examine the significant influence that AI chatbots can have on education. They possess the capability to offer superior instructional assistance, tailor learning trajectories, and enhance the efficiency of administrative tasks. AI chatbots can also be utilized in various educational settings. This study investigates the practical applications and educational benefits of utilizing personalized chatbots in seven key domains: Instructional Support, Teaching Assistance, Student Support Services, Administrative Operations, Engagement and Feedback, Assessment and Feedback, and Research and Development. This is achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive need’s assessment and the development of intricate case scenarios.
