Özet
The workshop aims at exchanging experience in how training formats have changed and modernized in recent years, including evolutions driven by the pandemic. The advantages and drawbacks of various formats shall be discussed. Moreover, metrics for evaluating training impact and the effectiveness of hands-on versus online formats will be examined.
