Özet

Awareness regarding menstrual health and nutrition remains inadequate. Long-term use of certain medications aimed at enhancing menstrual health may result in adverse effects. Traditional methods and recipes that have been followed for several years use natural ingredients and have proven to improve health and nutrition regarding menstruation. The research identified a significant gap in the availability of apps facilitating women's interaction to share methods and improve menstrual health and nutrition. This paper focuses on addressing the insufficient knowledge about traditional and natural approaches to improve women's nutrition and menstrual health, aiming to enhance well-being through an application 'Tradish'. The proposed solution is a nutritional app designed to improve women's health during their menstrual cycle by providing a platform for interaction, sharing recipes, and fostering a supportive community. The final solution is presented as a social app featuring interaction, thought-sharing, and recipe-sharing capabilities in Indian languages. It promotes traditional recipes known for their natural ingredients and positive impact on the overall development. It also provides users with awareness on nutrition and aims to bring traditional foods that help in development of the menstrual cycle.
