Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the Firsatlari Artirma ve Teknolojiyi Iyilestirme Hareketi (Movement to Enhance Opportunities and Improve Technology) or FATIH Project within the framework of Project Cycle Management. In this study, the FATIH Project web page created by the Ministry of Education was examined, along with related studies and workshop reports. According to the data obtained, the FATIH Project has not been designed within the Project Cycle Management framework. In its present form, the FATIH Project cannot be integrated into the education system.
