The aim of this course is to provide a vehicle for students with foundations of Human Performance Technology (HPT) field. This course highlights techniques, procedures, and approaches intended to solve problems involving human performance at organizational level. Throughout the course, HPT models, HPT processes, instructional / non-instructional and employee / organizational level interventions, learning organizations, theoretical bases of HPT, and future trends of HPT will be covered. This course also provides students with practice to apply, revise, combine and critique HPT processes.
