This course is designed to help the
students who deal with data in their research in preparing and analyzing their
data. The course focuses particularly on the relation of study design and SPSS
codebook preparation, data entry, data screening and cleaning,
univariate/bivariate/multivariate analysis, and group comparison. The main
objective of this course is to improve the capacity of students in data
preparation and analysis. This includes different stages such entering data,
preparing data for analysis, selection of appropriate techniques for data
presentation and analysis. Furthermore, the course aims to make students
competent in using SPSS.
