processes and households’ reinvestment decisions play a crucial role in the
trajectory of nation’s housing stock and neighbourhoods, and in overall
economy. In this context, the necessity of reinvestment processes and policies
in existing housing stock and neighbourhoods, macro implications of households’
reinvestment behavior and existing policy approaches to reinvestment processes
are discussed in this course.
