NEXT BUILT OBSERVATORY reports promising facts, events, and trends that give a contribution to a future-proof built environment. NEXT BUILT OBSERVATORY wants to reach students, academics and policymakers who care for the next generation living environment. It also organizes periodic events, international conferences and workshops for university students and researchers to expand cooperation opportunities, offer reflections on future challenges and feed the discussion within the scientific community. In May 2022, Next Built launched the first International Conference on the Next Generation Built Environment. The blended event registered more than 100 participants from 26 countries all over the world, dealing with 4 key topics.  The conference is organized by the Bologna University under the supervision of Prof. Ernesto Antonini and Prof. Jacopo Gaspari
