Özet:

Our biennial ELT (English Language Teaching) Convention aims to bring distinguished local and international professionals together for two days, hosting around 600 participants from various backgrounds. It has been almost 30 years since the first METU ELT Convention was held, and we have hosted many experienced, world-famous scholars in our field so far.The 14th METU International ELT Convention was held on 17-19 June, 2022 in a hybrid manner. The first two days of the Convention (Friday and Saturday, 17-18 June 2022) took place at the Culture and Convention Center on METU Campus, Ankara, Turkey with selected sessions being recorded and livestreamed for our online audience, and the third day of the event (Sunday, 19 June 2022) was fully online, where the speakers and the audience met on our virtual platform.
