Özet:The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the English Language program implemented at Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program. To this end, CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam (1971) was utilized. The sample composed of 63 students registered at the Civil Aviation Services Program in the 2018-2019 academic year, 2 English Language instructors and 5 flight attendats graduated from the program. The data were gathered through qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. A self-reported questionnaire was conducted to students. Besides, focus group interviews were conducted with students and individual interviews were conducted with instructors and flight attendants. Written documents were also examined to obtain more detailed data. While the quantitative data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, the qualitative data were examined via content analysis. The results revealed that the English Language program implemented at Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program was mostly served for its purpose. Findings suggested that some physical conditions could be enhanced and the content of some courses could be revised for the improvement of the program.
